Qualification
Required
Strong foundation in real estate and real property concepts, with the ability to interpret listings, contracts, and local market trends
Experience or interest in real estate development and related activities, including property research and neighborhood analysis
Sales skills with a client-focused approach, including lead follow-up, relationship building, and support for closing transactions
Customer service skills that demonstrate professionalism, responsiveness, and clear communication in phone, email, and virtual meetings
Relevant real estate license or eligibility to obtain one, depending on state requirements
Familiarity with the Phoenix Metropolitan Area and surrounding counties, or willingness to learn local market dynamics
Proficiency with digital tools and real estate platforms (CRM systems, MLS, virtual meeting software, and basic office applications)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote, part-time environment
