Responsibilities
Maintain strong working relationships with retailer merchant teams and cross-functional partners to support objectives, goals and outcomes
Execute shelf recommendations to increase efficiency, conversion, improve shopability, and optimize space to sales leveraging JDA and Shelf IQ technology
Support regular reporting to highlight performance gaps and growth opportunities
Utilize various data sources including syndicated data and retailer POS
Assume ownership of assigned tools, processes, and tasks
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2-3 years of experience required in Category Management Space Planning, preferable in CPG or Adult Beverage Categories
Strong technical capabilities with experience in software systems relevant to the Category Management function including space planning software (JDA and/or Shelf IQ) and syndicated data sources
Advanced computer skills; proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
Ability to connect insight to actionable store execution
Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills are essential
Must have ability to work independently in a remote environment
Ability to travel 10%
