Qualification
Required
Active or recently retired attorneys
5-10+ years of practice in one of the domains listed
Ability to flag relevant court decisions and regulatory developments in their domain
Ability to research AI regulatory developments relevant to their domain
Ability to review proposed Standard language and advise on legal soundness
Ability to review governance policies for legal defensibility
Ability to advise on how legal and regulatory developments should inform the Standard's evolution
Ability to contribute judgment during periodic chamber deliberations
