Senior Manager, Customer Program Management– Datacenter Engineering and Operations

Responsibilities
Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Provide horizontal leadership across R&D, Project Management, and Operations teams to deliver complex programs, resolve high-priority customer concerns, and ensure global alignment on objectives
Act as a Trusted Partner to Internal R&D Customers: Build strong relationships with internal customers to understand operational and capacity needs and translate them into clear, actionable deployment and execution plans
Own Program Communication & Visibility: Develop and present executive-level updates, dashboards, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to communicate program health, risks, and outcomes
Enable Strategic Alignment & Road Mapping: Facilitate customer discussions to align priorities and ensure initiatives support long-term business objectives
Optimize Capacity & Resource Planning: Build and manage resource models to forecast demand, prevent bottlenecks, and support large-scale infrastructure deployments
Lead Issue Management & Resolution: Intake, prioritize, and drive closure of customer-reported concerns, ensuring accountability and timely resolution across teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
10+ overall years of program/project management experience in the high-tech industry with a preferred focus on datacenter infrastructure
4+ years leading or managing a team in the high-tech industry
You should have a history of influencing decisions and coordinating teams in a cross-functional, multinational environment
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize issues and drive cross-functional alignment
Preferred
Strong leadership in matrixed collaboration, conflict resolution, and consensus-building supporting both internal and external customers
Strong background thriving in dynamic, high-growth environments, with proven adaptability to obscurity, rapid change, and matrixed team structures
Program Management certification / training is a plus
