Responsibilities

Responsible for the acquisition and growth of new and/or existing clients through direct marketing and branch delivery model
Acquires and/or expands and retains client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet may present the full range of PNC's products and services during each customer interaction
Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and their financial well-being. Focuses on increasing client engagement and loyalty. Leverages reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully convert sales opportunities
Builds an effective internal network within branch distribution and product partners to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients to further enhance the client experience. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering the CARES model to customers and service partners
Through discovery conversations, identifies and implements client solutions and, as appropriate, collaborates with internal business partners. Effectively executes on contact management strategy through utilization of available tools and resources. Regularly meets with internal business partners to communicate and review business results and pipeline management

Required

Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions
Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
