Responsibilities
Own Yoni's technical architecture and roadmap, from purchase verification through to rewards infrastructure
Lead engineering decisions and build out a team as we scale
Partner directly with our CEO and COO on product and company strategy
Evaluate and integrate the right technology for a consumer platform handling sensitive health and purchase data at scale
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior technical leadership role (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Engineering, or equivalent)
Background in health tech or consumer tech - we particularly value experience at companies like WHOOP, Flo, Oura, Strava, Apple, Google, Meta or Anthropic
Currently based in the United States or Australia - we're unable to consider candidates based outside these regions at this time
Comfortable operating in an early-stage, fast-moving startup environment with high ownership and ambiguity
