Responsibilities

Responsible for development and support of processes, practices and tools necessary to produce quality products/services and to manage risk
Researches and recommends hardware and software purchases for software quality assurance program. Selects and implements formal QA methodologies
Architects and implements agile testing practices and tools. Evaluates, recommends and implements enterprise-wide defect-tracking software
Assists in planning and estimation of Quality Assurance support for new programs and projects. Conducts audits and reviews
Supports Quality Assurance specialists on programs or projects. Conducts program reviews and complex process audits

Required

Demonstrated experience designing and delivering Test Data Management (TDM) solutions within an enterprise environment
Hands-on experience or solution design expertise in data masking, subsetting, and/or synthetic data generation
Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements applicable to non-production environments
Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end test data flows, including data sourcing, protection, and provisioning
Experience partnering effectively with application, Quality Engineering (QE), infrastructure, and security teams
Enterprise-focused mindset, with the ability to design scalable, reusable, and standardized solutions
Experience with enterprise-level TDM tools such as Informatica TDM, Broadcom, Delphix, or comparable platforms
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
Specific certifications are often required
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
