Construction
Responsibilities
Design and prototype high-fidelity user interfaces in Figma, maintaining scalable design systems and components
Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure seamless implementation of visual and interactive designs
Create motion graphics, micro-interactions, and marketing visuals using After Effects and related tools
Contribute to the overall brand and visual direction, ensuring consistency across web, mobile, and content assets
Develop design documentation, style guides, and component libraries to standardize UI delivery
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in UI or product design, with a strong visual and motion portfolio
Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and After Effects
Strong understanding of design systems, layout, typography, and responsive design
Ability to collaborate with engineers and understand constraints across web and mobile platforms
Experience with motion design, video editing, or marketing animations is essential
