Responsible for site security protocols, passes, and compliance
Coordinates with LOB on office space utilization and conducts desk assessments
Manages tenant/landlord relations in conjunction with Corporate Real Estate
Oversees building management and maintenance, addressing issues promptly
Manages stock inventories and ensures effective waste management
Coordinates office equipment and furniture replacement with Purchasing and Real Estate
Handles business card arrangements and branded goods orders via vendor portal
Ensures health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives align with corporate standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Hospitality, Operations, Office/Facilities Management, office operations with 5-8 years of experience or the equivalent
Previous experience in a Global Firm required
Ability to interpret complex or unique interpersonal relationships
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent leadership skills (i.e., organizing, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making) necessary for effective management
