Responsibilities
Develop and execute the North American business strategy
Drive business development with large cloud, AI infrastructure, and data center customers
Build and manage executive relationships with strategic customers and partners
Lead complex sales opportunities from initial engagement through long-term account development
Support customer vendor qualification and supplier approval processes
Build and lead the regional commercial organization as the business grows
Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and product teams to support customer success
Qualification
Required
10+ years of commercial leadership experience in data center power, critical power, or related industries
Strong experience with BBU, HVDC, UPS, battery energy storage, or data center power infrastructure
Proven track record working with hyperscale, cloud, AI infrastructure, or large enterprise customers
Experience managing strategic accounts and complex sales cycles
Familiar with vendor qualification and approved supplier processes
Experience building teams and driving regional business growth in North America
