Business Development Manager (US Market)

KCROSS is a company that provides civil engineering software solutions and is now expanding into the US market. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to develop distributor and strategic partner relationships while supporting key customer engagements.
Construction

Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and onboard software distributors, resellers, and channel partners
Build relationships with engineering firms, municipalities, DOTs, and infrastructure organizations
Support product evaluations, demonstrations, and customer discussions alongside the KCROSS team
Manage opportunities from first contact through commercial agreement
Represent KCROSS at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
Provide market feedback to help shape product positioning and US go-to-market strategy

Qualification

Software Sales in AEC or Civil Engineering SectorsDistributor and Channel Partner DevelopmentAutoCADCivil 3DAutodesk Products

Required

Experience selling software into the AEC, civil engineering, transportation, infrastructure, architecture, landscape architecture, construction, or municipal sectors
Experience developing distributor, reseller, channel, or strategic partner relationships
A track record of opening new markets and creating opportunities from scratch
Ability to work independently and drive results without an established playbook

Preferred

Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Autodesk products, or related engineering software is a strong advantage
