Responsibilities
Understand the brands and their audiences, then create advertising plans and funnels tailored to them
Manage PPC campaigns to meet acquisition targets: leads, online orders, and sales
Improve business profitability with an ROI-driven approach
Directly manage or supervise all PPC social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
Handle translations, copywriting, and content reviews
Carry out performance analyses and develop optimization and testing strategies to improve results across all marketing channels
Interact daily with communities, partners, and service providers
Monitor market trends, competitors, and inspiration sources
Report to the marketing manager and collaborate with the rest of the marketing team for cohesive cross-channel campaigns: SEO, social, affiliate, and CRM
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing/digital advertising
Strategic thinking
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver data-driven insights
Proactivity – When you encounter a problem, bring us your ideas for solutions and ask us for help if you get stuck
Proficiency in English
Ability to adapt to different brands, products, and communities
Good communication skills and a strong feeling of responsibility
Great work organization and scheduling
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.)
