Senior LevelCanva is redefining how the world experiences design, and they are seeking a Higher Education Account Executive to help educational institutions create stunning visual content. This role involves owning the university lifecycle, fostering relationships with university administration, and driving strategic sales support for successful deployment of Canva across campuses.

Responsibilities
Own the university lifecycle. You'll own strategy, planning, execution, and results within identified universities alongside a Higher Education (HED) Customer Success Manager to drive additional MAU growth
Foster relationships with university administration. You'll onboard university staff, professors, and students via Single-Sign-on and provide strategic sales support to ensure a successful deployment of Canva across multiple campus departments and campus-wide implementations inclusive of students and professors
Focus on the Education community. You'll run a healthy and predictable business that delivers a jointly agreed customer transformation strategy focused on educational outcomes within universities
Understand the Canva user lifecycle. You'll establish close relationships with our passionate community of educators and learners to know first-hand what they need to become successful Canva users
Identify trends and usage patterns. You'll utilize data analysis to inform future product and marketing plans
Drive retention and engagement. You'll continuously test, learn, and iterate on our lifecycle strategy at our identified districts to build meaningful and impactful relationships
Qualification
Required
Experience with the Higher Education Market
Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is required
Sales Expertise
Excellent Collaboration skills
Experience with Implementing new Technologies
Effective Communication skills
Strong Business Planning Skills
Experience in Community Management
