Responsibilities
Support project teams by assisting with requirements gathering, documentation, and coordination of tasks across design, development, and quality assurance
Preparing meeting notes
Organizing project artifacts
Conducting basic research related to client industries and technologies
Helping track project timelines and deliverables
Collaborate with team members across disciplines
Learn how custom software projects are planned and executed
Provide general support to ensure smooth communication and workflow
Qualification
Required
Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear documentation and take organized meeting notes
Candidates should possess basic research and analytical skills to understand client business needs and technology concepts
Candidates should possess solid organizational and time-management abilities, including attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks
Candidates should possess interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with project managers, developers, designers, and QA specialists
Candidates should possess proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar) and an interest in software, sports technology, or business systems
Willingness to learn, take initiative, accept feedback, and adapt in a dynamic, professional environment
Preferred
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a college or university program in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline)
