Responsibilities
Lead the structural modeling of heavy civil and marine infrastructure, ensuring seamless coordination between structural Revit models and civil surface data
Transform initial rough designs/sketches and redlines/mark-ups into finished graphics/construction documents
Draft detail drawings of marinas, wharfs, bulkhead walls, piers, bridges, ferry terminals, hydraulic structures, structures (steel, concrete, timber & masonry) and shoreline construction (beaches, nourishment, revetments, breakwaters)
Review engineering drawings to ensure adherence to established CAD standards
Interact and coordinate with all stakeholders (engineers, sampling group, construction, clients, subcontractors, government agencies, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in civil engineering technology (or equivalent experience)
6+ years of advanced CAD/BIM experience in structural and civil environments
Deep expertise in Autodesk Revit Structure (complex families, model management)
Deep expertise in AutoCAD & Civil 3D
Deep expertise in Bentley OpenRoads Designer
Strong working knowledge of structural systems, detailing, and construction methods
Strong working knowledge of grading, alignments, profiles, surfaces, and quantities
Strong working knowledge of multi-disciplinary model coordination and data exchange
