Build and manage a pipeline of clients

Consult with prospective clients to understand their financial goals
Recommend appropriate loan products
Collect and review financial documentation
Coordinate with underwriting and processing teams
Ensure files are complete and compliant
Communicate status updates clearly and regularly to clients
Use company technology platforms to manage applications
Maintain accurate records
Support a high standard of customer service and regulatory compliance
Qualification
Required
Candidates should possess experience as Loan Officers with a strong track record of originating and managing residential mortgage files
Candidates should possess knowledge of the Mortgage Industry, including current regulations, loan products, and market trends
Candidates should possess Mortgage Lending skills, including analyzing borrower eligibility, structuring loans, and explaining terms and options clearly
Candidates should possess familiarity with Underwriting principles, documentation requirements, and risk assessment practices
Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication, responsiveness, and the ability to build trust with diverse clients
Relevant qualifications may include an active mortgage loan originator license (as required by jurisdiction), experience with LOS and CRM systems, strong numerical and analytical abilities, and the ability to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment
