Responsibilities

Support the ITA Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) program and ensure compliance with OMB and Department of Commerce requirements
Coordinate with ITA stakeholders and the DOC PRA Officer to create, renew, and manage Information Collection Requests (ICRs)
Track ICRs, monitor expiration dates, and initiate renewal or discontinuation actions
Review and maintain ICR documentation, records, and OMB submissions through ROCIS
Monitor Federal Register notices, PRA correspondence, and public comments
Provide guidance on PRA requirements, OMB clearance processes, and regulatory compliance
Develop PRA resources, training materials, SharePoint content, and guidance documentation
Support customer experience initiatives and compliance with OMB Circular A-11 Section 280
Maintain PRA records and support the ITA Forms Program to ensure forms remain current, compliant, and accessible

Required

Required bachelor's degree in public administration, Business, Government, Policy, or related discipline
Require 5+ years federal compliance experience, PRA or regulatory compliance experience
Public Trust recommended or eligible for a Public Trust

PMP or Certified Government Financial Manager
Regulatory analysis
Technical writing
Federal policy interpretation
