Responsibilities
Design high-quality static creative assets for digital marketing campaigns
Create engaging feed graphics, thumbnails, carousel creatives, and supporting visual assets
Adapt and resize creative assets across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency
Enhance and refine client-provided assets rather than simply executing instructions
Contribute fresh visual ideas and creative explorations when bandwidth allows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams while also working independently
Produce polished creative from incomplete or evolving briefs
Qualification

Strong expertise in Layout Design
Strong expertise in Typography
Strong expertise in Branding
Strong expertise in Visual Hierarchy
Ability to create high-quality performance marketing creative
Excellent attention to detail while managing multiple design requests
Strong eye for maintaining quality without making creative feel repetitive
Experience creating social media feed graphics
Experience creating carousel assets
Experience creating thumbnails
Experience creating static marketing visuals
Comfortable balancing production work with light creative concepting
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Figma
Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, etc.)
Fast, organized, and detail-oriented
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Adaptable to changing priorities and evolving project requirements
Solutions-oriented with a positive, low-ego approach
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
Comfortable working across multiple time zones
Capable of transforming incomplete or rough briefs into polished visual designs
A strong portfolio demonstrating modern digital and social design work
