The Fundraising & Investor Relations Associate role is part-time and remote, concentrating on supporting capital-raising activities and investor communications for LunarTech’s Octavia product.

Responsibilities
Researching and mapping potential investors
Preparing outreach lists
Coordinating introductory calls and follow-ups with prospective and existing investors
Help draft and refine pitch materials
Investor updates
Supporting documentation
Ensuring consistent messaging that aligns with LunarTech’s strategy and Octavia’s product vision
Tracking investor interactions in CRM tools
Maintaining accurate records
Preparing summaries and reports for leadership
Collaboration with product, finance, and executive teams to gather data
Refine narratives
Support investor due diligence
Upholding professional, inclusive communication standards
Qualification
Required
Strong research and analytical skills to identify, assess, and prioritize potential investors and strategic partners
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for investor emails, pitch decks, summaries, and meeting notes
Experience or coursework in finance, business, economics, or related fields, with familiarity in startup and venture funding concepts
Comfort with CRM or pipeline management tools and basic productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, document editors)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail
Demonstrated professional maturity, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information and investor interactions
Preferred
Interest in AI, deep-tech, or technology startups; prior exposure to AI or software products is a plus
Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, or similar) preferred
