Responsibilities

Analyzing client needs to develop customer-centric solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth
Designing customer journey maps to create seamless and personalized experiences that boost customer satisfaction and loyalty
Conducting customer journey analysis to identify touchpoints and improve overall customer engagement
Implementing customer experience strategies to support clients in achieving their business objectives
Managing customer data to inform insights and recommendations for improving customer relations and retention
Collaborating with team members to adapt to diverse client challenges and deliver quality work consistently
Applying business process improvement techniques to optimize customer service management and satisfaction
Utilizing customer segmentation and value proposition strategies to enhance client interactions and drive advocacy
Gathering information from various sources to discern patterns and inform customer strategy development
Upholding professional and technical standards while building commercial awareness and understanding of business operations

Qualification

Required

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 1 years of experience

Preferred

Demonstrating intellectual curiosity and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Excelling in customer experience design and strategy development
Utilizing customer journey analysis to enhance client engagement

Developing skills in customer relationship management and retention strategies
