Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment for specialized, hard-to-find technical talent
Partnering closely with senior leaders to shape sourcing strategy, deliver market insight, and close candidates in a highly competitive landscape
Qualification
Required
Full life-cycle recruiting experience (strategy kickoff through sourcing, screening, offer development, negotiation, and close)
Proven ability to recruit for specialized engineering/scientific roles, especially within technical orgs
Hands-on sourcing and closing experience within AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Applied Research
Strong capability managing complex offers, including compensation structures and incentives
Confidence serving as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders (market insights, talent mapping, pipeline reporting)
Ability to deliver a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion across pipelines and selection processes
Preferred
Experience recruiting in generative AI, LLM infrastructure, deep learning frameworks, or advanced AI research
Familiarity with AI skill sets such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, distributed computing, model optimization, vector databases, and multi-agent systems
Experience sourcing from top academic programs/research labs and engaging talent through research conferences
Strong comfort using talent analytics and ATS tools such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Beamery to guide recruiting strategy
