Scrum Master with Cloud Teradata Migration
COVET IT INC is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile teams through Teradata decommissioning and cloud modernization initiatives. The role facilitates Scrum ceremonies, coordinates cloud migration activities, manages dependencies and risks, and supports communication and process improvements across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews)
Remove impediments and coach teams on agile principles and self-organization
Coordinate Teradata-to-cloud migration activities (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Manage dependencies between decommissioning activities and downstream systems
Serve as liaison between development teams and business stakeholders
Track and communicate team velocity, sprint metrics, and project progress
Identify process improvements and implement agile best practices
Support risk identification and mitigation for legacy system retirement
Qualification
Required
5+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
3+ years on cloud migration/modernization projects
Experience with data warehouse decommissioning or legacy system migrations
Understanding of Teradata, data warehousing, and SQL
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native data services
Knowledge of modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift)
Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data migration methodologies
