Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the webinar and drive merchant participation.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
Create compelling case studies showcasing the benefits of using the app.
Develop engaging content for ads, email marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
Build and manage a merchant-focused community, including WhatsApp groups, to foster engagement and long-term relationships.
Design and execute targeted ad campaigns to attract merchants to the webinar.
Plan and manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring high open and conversion rates.
Strategically promote the webinar across relevant channels to maximize attendance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless webinar experience.
Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, analyzing key metrics, and providing regular reports.
Adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
3+ years as a marketing specialist overall.
Experience leading e-commerce, B2C strategies, and digital advertising.
Build the go-to-market strategy.
Experience creating campaigns (using tools like Facebook Pixel, Tag Manager, etc.).
Background with email marketing, social media ads, and community-building strategies (e.g., on WhatsApp).
Proven track record of managing and executing successful e-commerce campaigns.
Experience driving customer acquisition and retention through digital platforms.
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and B2C marketing strategies.
Familiarity with creating and promoting offers that attract individual consumers.
Proficiency in managing paid campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
Experience with email marketing, retargeting, and content marketing to engage and convert consumers.
Familiarity with WhatsApp and other community-building tools.
Preferred
Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other digital marketing tools are a plus.
Experience working with small businesses, local markets, or cashback and rewards apps.
