Responsibilities

Research technical data and perform disassembly, repair, cleaning, adjustment, assembly, testing, and calibration of aircraft components with company special tools and ground equipment following applicable maintenance manual, FAA regulations, and company policies and procedures.
Repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structures, functional components, and engine parts, while interpreting maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and specifications to determine repair methods.
Complete appropriate identification, inspections, routing tags, and forms when removing units from aircraft, engine, or components.
Inspect aircraft and engine parts for wear or defects, adjust, repair, or replace electrical wiring systems and accessories, and perform miscellaneous duties to service aircraft.
Operate aircraft ground servicing equipment, hand tools, and test equipment in the aircraft maintenance hangar and flightline.

Required

A&P Mechanic certification
Experience working in a Class IV 14 CFR Part 145 certified repair station
Ability to maintain narrow and wide body, small to large, regional to long-haul aircraft
Knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures in accordance with applicable maintenance manual, FAA regulations, and company policies
Ability to repair and rebuild aircraft structures and functional components
Capability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and specifications
Experience in disassembling and inspecting aircraft and engine parts
Skills in repairing or replacing defective engine parts
Proficiency in adjusting, repairing, or replacing electrical wiring systems and aircraft accessories
Ability to operate aircraft ground servicing equipment, hand tools, rivet guns, and drills
Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shifts, Monday to Friday
Contract to Hire placement option
