Responsibilities
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AASHTOWare Project (AWP) modules, including Preconstruction, Civil Rights and Labor (CRL), and Data Analytics.
Document NCDOT User Stories , develop Use Cases , Test Cases , Test Scripts , and create UX modifications using XML and reports using SQL.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders in an Agile/DevOps environment to deliver required functionalities and ensure high-quality outputs.
Evaluate and analyze AWP requirements, recommend technical solutions, and align implementations with NCDOT business needs.
Perform system administration, configuration, interface development, and automated testing for AWP modules.
Integrate AWP modules with legacy systems such as SAP and SharePoint while ensuring seamless functionality.
Experience using LAMDA for web application development, and ability to clearly explain how this is used and when.

Required
Must have authorization to work in the USA
5 years AASHTOWare Project (AWP) modules experience
5 years of programming and analysis work experience
2 years of experience with SQL, C#, .NET, Python, and PowerShell
2 years of experience working in a SCRUM software development team following Agile methodologies
2 years of experience with AASHTOWare Project tools and processes
2 years of experience creating custom reports using AWP's Active reports tool
2 years experience in secure coding best practices and version control using GIT
2 years of experience in state DOT business processes, particularly preconstruction and letting workflows
2 years of experience of evaluate business requirements, analyze AWP functionalities, and recommend technical solutions
2 years of experience of developing and demonstrating Use Cases, Test Cases, Test Scripts, and automated testing protocols
2 years of experience of AASHTOWare Project (AWP) Active Reports Development (Grape City Tool)
