Responsibilities
Generate and process weekly billing reports accurately and efficiently.
Conduct monthly audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with billing procedures.
Manage the input of authorizations, both initial and ongoing. Submit treatment plans to Tricare and Medicaid for approval.
Monitor and manage authorization dates to stay ahead of report due dates.
Assist with onboarding processes and rate negotiations for new staff.
Undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required
Ability to learn new material quickly
Proactive self-starter; able to work independently
Knowledge of office management procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Drive
High school diploma or equivalent required
At least one year of experience in a similar role or with similar responsibilities
Must be able to sit in front of a computer for extended periods
Preferred
Background in Billing
Associate degree in office administration or similar preferred
