Responsibilities

Credentialing – Oversee the credentialing process for individual therapists under ABA entities, including set up of CAQH accounts for RBTs and BCBAs , and managing documentation submissions.

Medicaid Registration – Facilitate the registration of ABA entities and therapists with various state Medicaid programs , ensuring compliance with program requirements and timely reimbursement.

Compliance – Maintain knowledge of numerous state-specific regulations and licensure requirements for ABA entities and providers.
