Responsibilities

Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday.
Contributing beyond client delivery, including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyond.
Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
Drive success in post-implementation support, optimization, and enhancement projects across the Workday HCM product suite.
Deliver top-tier support and innovative enhancement services to a diverse client base, from Fortune 500 companies to high-growth startups.
Guide clients through the intricate journey of optimizing, troubleshooting, and enhancing their existing Absence and Time Tracking modules, working in synergy with our expert team.
Spearhead data maintenance and integration initiatives, expertly scoping requirements, executing complex data transformations, and supporting ongoing system health checks.
Orchestrate the advisory, planning, and execution of Absence and Time Tracking application enhancements, translating client needs into robust solutions through meticulous documentation, process optimization, and system integration.
Pioneer performance optimization and cost-reduction strategies, driving tangible value for our clients in their existing Workday environments.
Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication, delivering project updates and strategic recommendations with clarity and confidence.
Elevate client satisfaction by prioritizing their interests and proactively addressing needs, consistently exceeding expectations in post-production support.
Foster a culture of knowledge sharing within our team, mentoring fellow consultants and contributing to the growth of our practice.

Required

2+ years of recent Workday (or similar ERP) experience supporting and optimizing Time Tracking and Absence modules post-implementation, including experience with multiple clients demonstrating deep configuration and troubleshooting knowledge
Current Workday certifications and previous consulting experience with a Workday deployment partner
Willingness to be certified in two or more Workday areas (e.g., Time Tracking, Absence, HCM), demonstrating a broad understanding of the Workday ecosystem and its interconnected modules
Strong attention to detail balanced with big-picture thinking, coupled with the ability to build client relationships and drive meaningful conversations about system optimization
Excellent communication and leadership skills, fostering collaboration and delivering complex concepts with clarity
Aptitude for quick technology adoption, creativity in problem-solving, and flexibility in approach to address diverse post-production challenges
A blend of confidence, adaptability, and a great sense of humor to thrive in our dynamic environment
Eligibility to work within the United States without sponsorship

Preferred

Leadership experience on Workday Absence and Time Tracking post-production projects and ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
