Responsibilities

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in customizing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting issues with Absorb LMS (Learning Management System) to meet organizational training needs, including content management, user roles, and reporting
Design, develop, and maintain Learning Management Portals to facilitate a seamless learning experience for users
Strong experience on AWS Serverless with .NET & React/NextJS for developing portal enhancements, integrating Learning Management/LMS Portals with other enterprise applications and IT systems
Possess strong organizational skills and be a strong collaborator to work closely with cross functional teams to understand learning requirements, align technical solution with business objectives, build a shared understanding of project goals and timelines, and drive release & deployment activities

Required

8+ years of experience in Absorb LMS and 5+ years in AWS Serverless with .NET and/or React/NextJS
Possess strong organizational skills and be a strong collaborator to work closely with cross functional teams to understand learning requirements, align technical solution with business objectives, build a shared understanding of project goals and timelines, and drive release & deployment activities
Educational Qualification - Bachelor's in engineering or relevant/equivalent experience
Strong communication, collaboration & Organizational skills

Preferred

Experience on other LMS tools
Experience in Life Sciences industry would be advantageous
