Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment and training of faculty mentors for Pioneer Academics.
Establish a robust pipeline of faculty to meet the growing student application demand across various research areas.
Develop recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Associate Director.
Recruit faculty from the top 40 U.S. Research Universities and/or top 40 U.S. Liberal Arts Colleges.
Build trust among a diverse faculty population.

Required

At least 5 years of total professional experience
At least 2-4 years of recruitment or sales experience with demonstrated success
If only sales experience, at least 2 years of successful work in business-to-business sales
If only recruiting experience, at least 2 years of recruitment of higher-level professionals
Prior experience managing timelines, milestones, projects, and sales goals
At least 1 year of negotiation experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite, as well as Web-conferencing platforms, and collaboration tools is a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear, informative, and professional communication with a range of stakeholders, including current and potential faculty, leadership team members, and other stakeholders
Proven ability to multitask and handle a large quantity of both administrative and higher-level responsibilities, achieving results under the pressure of time and targets

Preferred

Highly preferred Masters degree or Bachelors degree from a nationally ranked top 100 university or liberal arts college
Preferred experience in Education related field
Prior experience managing a departmental budget is preferred
Experience operating and communicating at the B-Level(i.e Manager or Sales Manager level)
Prior experience working in an education-focused business preferred
