Responsibilities

Function specific responsibilities will vary based on the assignment.

Develop a strong supply chain management foundation in a fast-paced organization.

Gain skills in lean production, planning strategy, operational excellence, ergonomics & safety, sourcing/procurement cycle, and materials & logistics.

Grow in the areas of sales inventory operations planning, production line supervision, productivity tracking, quality, and manufacturing engineering.

Remain geographically flexible both during and after completion of the program.

Required

BS/BA in Industrial Engineering, Applied Science Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business with Supply Chain Emphasis, or Supply Chain with an overall GPA at or above 3.0, completed prior to ADP start date.

Demonstrated leadership skills: minimum of two examples such as: School club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects.

Work Experience: Minimum of one degree-related internship or six months of related work experience
