Responsibilities

Coordinating outreach and marketing campaigns
Owning lead generation
Identifying and researching opportunities
Spearheading data cleanliness efforts
Supporting various client-facing tasks and strategic projects including in-person events
Engage with our clients directly to provide background information and report on progress for a pipeline of business opportunities
Ability to assess markets, companies, and decision makers for specific client focuses and opportunities
Help build lists of prospects, coordinate outreach efforts, and maximize customer engagement through effective email communication
Have a strong understanding of each of our client’s profiles and competitive advantages, technology set, and target markets and stakeholders
Ability to research use-cases, applications, prospects, and new developments regarding our full portfolio of clients
Must be able to independently generate new contacts and leads on behalf of clients and events
Requires a strong understanding of Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs, and Internet research skills
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports and lists, and updating meeting notes
This role also requires flexibility, project coordination, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and customers.

Required

1-4 years of direct or related experience in account management, marketing, sales, or business development roles.
Excellent computer skills and a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and LinkedIn is essential.
Ability to multi-task, execute under tight deadlines, work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, monitor and manage multiple priorities, and meet timelines on projects from inception through completion.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills – have an ability to interface directly with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and pick up on nuances of client interaction.
Strong self-management skills and comfort in a dynamic work environment – display a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment towards completing work in a timely manner and demonstrating responsible behavior.
Strong project management skills – highly organized, demonstrate attention to detail and strategic problem-solving, and have a proactive attitude and sense of urgency.
Collaboration and teamwork – comfortable working via email, phone, Zoom, and in-person with colleagues and clients to collaborate effectively with others.
Curiosity and resourcefulness – comfortable in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment and can work calmly, independently, and effectively under deadlines.
A growth mindset and high EQ – coachable, innovative, focused, and adaptable.
Critical thinking, strategic consulting, and conceptualization skills – can 'connect the dots' from one area of the business to another.
