Responsibilities
Act as a primary point of contact for clients to address questions, requests, and updates.
Provide timely responses and ensure client satisfaction with ongoing communication.
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring media campaigns to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
Coordinate with internal teams such as creative, media planning, and analytics to support campaign objectives.
Maintain organized and up-to-date project files, schedules, and documentation.
Prepare client presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
Track the progress of campaigns, identifying potential roadblocks and proactively resolving issues.
Monitor budgets, invoices, and media spend to ensure accuracy and alignment with client contracts.
Compile data and insights for post-campaign reports and client presentations.
Assist in analyzing campaign performance to identify key takeaways and future opportunities.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in account coordination, client services, or a related role (media/advertising agency experience preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Preferred
Experience with media planning and analytics tools is a plus.
