Responsibilities
Work directly with clients on Salesforce and Pardot marketing project requests, ensuring ongoing client happiness and satisfaction
Manage client project boards and ensure timely completion of projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients based on trust and respect
Handle client complaints and concerns with ease and grace
Display empathy and emotional intelligence
Collaborate with and clearly communicate clients' goals and needs with internal teams
Maintain documentation of client sessions and processes
Monitor client marketing analytics and make suggestions for improvement
Create reports for clients as requested

Required
2+ years experience in account or project management
High level of efficiency and accuracy (very detail oriented)
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management skills and organizational skills
Adaptable and excited about fast growth
Passionate about helping people
Ability to take initiative and make things happen
Ability to solve problems quickly and think strategically
Experience with task management tools, such as Asana
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Lucid Charts, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
Marketing: minimum of 1 year
Bachelor's degree (Ideally in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or related field)
Experience with Salesforce and Pardot
