Responsibilities
Generate lead prospects by outbound phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and various multi-channel touch points
Reach out to leads captured by the Marketing Department
Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
Maintain organized records in Salesforce and Salesloft
Share input with the team on a consistent, daily basis to maximize success
Consistently hit weekly key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required
Bachelor’s Degree
Teaching/education experience
Strong communication skills via phone and email
Proven creative problem-solving approach and compelling analytical skills
Eager to learn with a strong work ethic
Think strategically and tactically, as well as maintain a positive attitude
A coachable, self-starter who combines a high level of creativity with nonstop drive to get things done
Passionate about tech, sales, and helping people be the best they can be
Willingness to travel
Preferred
Preferred proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software
Ability and desire to adapt and acquire the skillset needed to meet the demands of our rapidly growing company
Reliable internet connection
