Responsibilities

Ensure outstanding customer service is provided to existing customer accounts by staying up to date with promotions, new products, and customer service practices.

Develop account planning strategies, identify sales opportunities, and understand existing business segments.

Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage accounts, maintain call logs, and run reports.

Collaborate with store managers and employees to meet customer needs and provide accurate quotes to achieve margin targets.
