Responsibilities

Execute an account-based sales strategy in targeted departments and accounts, focusing on growth and retention. Drive accountability to deliver on account plans among the extended customer teams internally.
Develop value proposition presentations and business plans for customers that drive business outcomes to generate growth in existing business and new opportunities
Establish, nurture, and leverage existing relationships with government customers, including CBP HQ, officers stationed at airports, and airport leadership.
Advocate internally on behalf of the customer, ensuring requests and needs are being addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Orchestrates internal teams to anticipate issues/risks to customer satisfaction and ensure a constant focus on and achievement of excellence in post-sales obligations and support.
Development of trust by leveraging active listening to understand customer needs and problems. Joint solutions with customers to create concepts of operations for increasing customer productivity and cost-effectiveness with technology solutions.

Required

Willingness to travel domestically 50% of the time
Demonstrable experience delivering successful solutions to the Federal Government, ideally with the Department of Homeland Security
Proven track record of success in business development and sales within the Federal Government sector, ideally with experience in biometrics, digital identity, or related technologies.
Demonstrated ability to deliver technical solutions to the Federal Government, ideally within the Department of Homeland Security.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex biometric and technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
Strong team player with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and departments.
U.S. citizenship

Preferred

Deep understanding of biometric technologies, digital identity solutions, and their applications within the Federal sector
An active security clearance with the US government
