Responsibilities
Foster and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted voice for client needs
Interpret client needs for internal stakeholders, collaborating to find the appropriate solution
Is a brand champion, understanding brand goals, strategies, competitors, and targets to enable strategic conversations with clients
Ask the tough questions and navigate account challenges, setting client expectations where needed
Oversees financial health of accounts, and assists in client projections, forecasting, and reconciliations on a monthly and annual basis
Actively participate and contribute to strategic media planning and ensure the media team has a strong understanding of the client’s objectives and strategies
Partners with project management on day-to-day needs of individual accounts, helping to facilitate tactical needs and ensure client projects are delivered on time with flawless execution
Stays abreast of industry trends both in the media and pharma/healthcare space
Participant in new business RFPs and pitches as assigned

Required
5-7 years of experience in an agency setting, with a minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical/healthcare
Direct experience in client management
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
PPT, Excel, Word proficiency
