Responsibilities

Sell multi-media marketing solutions, including sports audio podcasts and digital video streams, to local and regional businesses focusing primarily on selling the Ultimate Cleveland Sports Show.
Prospect for local and regional business and advertising agencies. Reach decision-makers, set meetings, analyze client needs, and create and deliver compelling and strategic advertising presentations that address client objectives.
Research and stay current on all local digital and sports marketing trends and opportunities.
Create and present strategic marketing proposals for key accounts and new business decision-makers.
Accurately project revenues, meet and exceed monthly budgets for all product lines, and exceed annual budgets.

Required

2-5+ years selling radio, digital, or sports media products is preferred
Based in Cleveland, OH

Preferred

A demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals in on-air and/or online media
Demonstrated knowledge of digital products with an emphasis on YouTube and how they are positioned and sold in the marketplace
A demonstrated application and success in selling sports sponsorships or media
A demonstrated ability to understand categories of businesses to target and prospect
Understanding of the Cleveland and regional business community and existing relationships with potential brand and agency media buyers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present multi-varied solutions to groups of people as needed
A demonstrated ability to work with a diverse group of clients
