Responsibilities

Leverage consultative/solution based selling technique to position the value of our product to potential customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions.
Input and manage prospects and customer data using our CRM.
Acquire and maintain an in-depth knowledge of our suite of products – including ConstructConnect Project Intelligence, ConstructConnect Bid-Management, OnCenter, and Planswift, SmartBid, and iSqFt Bid Management.
Meet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and targets, working directly with manager to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently following up with leads, nurturing relationships, and tracking opportunities through the sales process.
Work closely with other departments, including Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitive landscape.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field (OR) 2+ years sales experience in a SaaS environment (OR) 1+ years’ experience as a ConstructConnect BDR
Proven track record of success in a B2B sales or BDR role, preferably within the construction industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting client relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while also being a team player.
Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales tools.
Knowledge of the construction industry, including an understanding of construction project lifecycles.
