Account Executive, Rewards & Affiliate Growth

Responsibilities
Manage Key Advertiser Accounts
• Lead and optimize a portfolio of diverse brand partnerships, negotiating terms, driving sales, and developing strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Data-Driven Growth Strategy
• Use analytics tools like Tableau and Looker to evaluate KPIs, optimize campaign performance and identify areas for growth for both Trashie and our partner brands.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with merchandising, product, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive, high-performing campaigns.
Relationship Building
• Engage with partners to deepen relationships, foster trust, and represent the brand at industry events and client meetings.
Strategic Sales Execution
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow affiliate partnerships through innovative solutions, leveraging digital promotional opportunities.

Required
3-5 years in either rewards or publisher advertising sales and strategic account management, with demonstrated success in growing revenue through partnership optimization.
Prior experience working directly with publishers to drive affiliate campaigns and partnerships is essential.
Proficiency with data tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar, and an ability to transform insights into action.
Self-starter with a knack for spotting opportunities, managing details, and implementing strategies effectively.
Ability to present and negotiate with senior stakeholders, while building trust and rapport with partners.
Preferred
Experience selling rewards with major rewards platform networks (e.g., Rakuten, Honey).
Experience selling to Senior Affiliate Marketing managers and large brands.
