Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities (while working in tandem with SDRs) and focus on target markets and industries.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Lead negotiations and close deals effectively to meet sales targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Required

At least 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience in enterprise SaaS
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of success in closing deals and selling core infrastructure solutions to financial institutions
Ability to be a good and patient thought-partner that can gather product requirements and use cases from existing and potential FI partners
Ability to partner with the product team (PMs and Design) to put together new demos and new features in a fast pace environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and work effectively within a small team

Preferred

Demonstrated expertise in startup sales within the enterprise infrastructure space for large banks and collections agencies
Knowledge of the debt industry or a strong ability to build personal connections and close deals
Experience in consumer and personal finance, especially at a startup
Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM tools
Passion for Clerkie’s mission of empowering everyday families to manage their finances and get out of debt
