Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively source and develop new business opportunities, generating leads through cold outreach, networking, and relationship building.
Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed a monthly sales quota, consistently closing new business to drive revenue growth.
Client Needs Assessment: Use consultative selling techniques to understand clients’ business challenges by asking insightful questions that reveal their real needs and objectives.
Solution Selling: Effectively present and sell comprehensive technology solutions tailored to meet specific client requirements.
Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations to decision-makers, both remotely and in-person.
Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel up to 50% for client meetings, conferences, and other sales presentations.
Contract Negotiations: Negotiate terms and close deals with a win-win approach, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term value.
Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients and channel partners to foster trust and facilitate ongoing business opportunities.

Required
5-8 years of sales experience in the MSP space, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a hunter role.
Strong understanding of technology solutions, with experience tailoring solutions to resolve complex business challenges.
Skilled in asking how/why questions to dig deeper into client needs and understand their core business challenges.
Effective at negotiating contracts and terms, with a focus on building mutual value for the company and clients.
Highly motivated and driven, able to independently generate leads and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with executive-level stakeholders.
