Responsibilities
Exceed quarterly and annual goals for new, expansion and renewal of software subscriptions / SaaS with global enterprises and/or mid-market.
Build your pipeline of industry (or closely associated verticals) enterprises.
Lead a complex, multi-threaded sale with stakeholders ranging from executives across various functions to day-to-day product users – especially the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Negotiate and close deals by navigating discussions between decision-makers and users of the product.
Develop and execute sales strategies and plans in order to achieve sales targets.
Build pipeline, forecast the business, lead the internal team, and communicate key updates.
Assist the Customer Success team to identify new KPIs and fine-tune existing ones with action items and recommendations for expansion discussions.
Develop novel insights into your customers’ needs and influence product roadmap.
Inspire business leaders with our vision of AI-powered health and safety for their facilities.
Become an evangelist for Intenseye’s technologies and the capabilities of its platform.

Required
x3-5+ years years mid-market and/or enterprise selling background with a successful and tenured background in complex SaaS sales with a modern, recurring revenue GTM motion
Success selling a disruptive product / category creation into an unexpected buyer
Consistent track record of hitting and over-achieving quota
Experience closing transactions >$100k ACV
Track record of exceeding quota targets year over year with customers across the USA / Global.
Vertical knowledge across some of the following: Industrial & Manufacturing SaaS, IoT or IIoT applications, Enterprise Health & Safety, and Supply Chain technology would be highly beneficial.
Ambitious individual who embraces the growth mindset, with experience of Series A / B startup / scale up life ideally
Hunter profile excited about discovery & prospecting, and capable of independently leading a sales cycle from start to finish.
Team player who can collaborate effectively across internal functions to achieve common goals.
Energized by contributing to the development of our sales processes and team-driven sales culture, refining the value proposition of our solutions and creating sales resources to drive our success.
Relish in forecasting rigour and hygiene around sales metrics and embrace a data driven sales strategy
Understanding of modern sales tech stacks, processes and methodologies
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
Located in/near NYC is ideal, although location is flexible
