Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to prospective clients and maintain a comprehensive, data-driven view of their experience across all Manay CPA products and services.
Identify decision-makers within target accounts and initiate the sales process, guiding prospects through every stage.
Set, track, and adjust sales goals, ensuring performance aligns with company objectives.
Lead business development efforts, collaborating with the marketing team to design strategies that resonate with prospective clients.
Create and implement new sales channels to tap into untapped markets, driving significant revenue growth.
Analyze client data, working with cross-functional teams to leverage insights that fuel business expansion.
Strengthen and expand partnerships with key collaborators to achieve sales targets.
Manage day-to-day relationships with a diverse client portfolio, addressing client questions, resolving issues, and spotting trends.
Build trusted relationships with executives and decision-makers in client organizations to understand their strategic goals and ensure alignment with Manay CPA’s services.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Manay CPA systems, clearly communicating product features and benefits to current and future clients.
Resolve client-related issues and work to find mutually beneficial solutions.
Develop systems to monitor and enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Provide feedback on operations, focusing on continuous improvement and maintaining a client-first mindset.
Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are consistently met.
Motivate and engage colleagues across the organization to drive collective success.
Deliver compelling company presentations to stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry groups.
Represent Manay CPA at industry events and client visits, coordinating logistics to ensure successful outcomes.
Perform other related duties as required.

Required
4-7 years of experience in sales and customer support, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Strong ability in sales, client acquisition, and business development.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams to ensure client success.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Ability to work in Eastern Standard Time - EST.
Preferred
Prior experience in a CPA or auditing firm, or in the insurance or service industry is highly desirable.
A solid understanding of accounting, financial reporting, GAAP, and tax regulations is a plus.
