Responsibilities
Prospect and identify new opportunities to generate a quality pipeline focusing on clients with more than 10,000 employees.
Engage in consultative selling to understand client needs and tailor solutions.
Quarterback all new sales activities, managing follow-ups and resources.
Collaborate with internal teams to build strong cross-functional relationships.
Create, manage, and nurture a sales pipeline, delivering timely forecasts.
Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers.

Required
Min 2 years in an Enterprise sales role, SaaS experience required.
Experience using a CRM required, Salesloft or Outreach a plus.
Demo experience required.
Formal sales training/bootcamp a plus.
Exceptional ability to quickly build a prospect pipeline and create/expand existing networks.
Exceptional communication, time management, critical thinking, problem-solving, active listening and interpersonal skills.
Be naturally curious and exhibit a growth mindset
Be adaptable to learn and try new things as the company grows
Experience selling to HR is a plus.
Preferred
Experience selling to HR is a plus.
Formal sales training/bootcamp a plus.
