Responsibilities
Prospective outbound primarily selling of clearinghouse billing software and services, as well as other software and services.
Consultative selling approach that emphasizes value and maximizes the potential for customer growth and retention.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Healthcare SaaS landscape to identify business opportunities.
Strategizing how to approach partners and designing agreements that are mutually beneficial.
Forming and maintaining long-term relationships with partners by attending conferences, taking networking calls, an
Meet or exceed quota assignment.
Perform product demos and sales analysis (ROI calculations, competitive comparisons, etc.).
Work cross-functionally with P&L owners, product teams, and others to establish deal terms (pricing, solutioning, contract structures).
Negotiate contract terms.
Maintain sales pipeline and record sales activities within the CRM.
Develop relationships with buyers including C-suite, boards, and financial sponsors.
Cold Calling.
Demos and Presentations.
Leading in-person and web-based meetings.
Tradeshow participation.
Assisting with finance modeling.
Pricing reviews.
Proposal creation.
Contract negotiation.
CRM documentation and pipeline management.
Collaborating with our cross functional teams to close deals.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
5 -8+ years’ experience in healthcare strategy, SaaS products, business development, or sales.
Strong sales or business development skills. You are creative, proactive, persistent, and action oriented.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to assess market dynamics, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with partnership agreement structuring, contract negotiations, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Good understanding of the clearinghouse business and market.
Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with working cross-functionally with internal teams such as operations, finance, marketing, legal, and IT departments.
Preferred
Healthcare Sales Experience preferred.
Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM experience preferred.
