Responsibilities
Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Partnering with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
Effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
Identifying potential leads through various channels, including networking events, online research, and referrals.
Nurturing leads and guiding them through the sales process.
Collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
Providing accurate forecasts and reports on sales activities and projected revenues.
Staying abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

Required
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role focusing on ERP/Oracle (must have), as an Account Executive or in a consulting environment.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Demonstrated experience in lead generation and converting leads into sales.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
Proven ability to position products against competitors.
Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
A self-starter attitude with an ability to excel in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
