Responsibilities

Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by closing new business deals
Build and Manage a Strong Pipeline: Proactively develop a robust pipeline through prospecting, networking, and client referrals, and ensure consistent progress toward sales goals
Cultivate Relationships with Key Stakeholders: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring alignment with Eve’s solutions
Contribute to Sales Process Optimization: Follow and provide feedback on Eve’s sales playbook to improve processes, ensuring alignment with mid-market client needs and effective pipeline management
Maintain In-Depth Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on Eve’s solutions, market trends, and the competitive landscape to deliver value-driven, impactful sales pitches

Required

5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally with a focus on mid-market accounts
A strong understanding of the legal tech or SaaS industry (experience in legal tech is a plus)
Proven experience developing and managing a sales pipeline in a high-growth environment
Excellent communication skills, with a knack for presenting complex information in a clear, persuasive way
Results Orientation: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing deals
Connector/Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships with mid-market clients, fostering trust, and understanding client needs
Storytelling: Demonstrates the ability to communicate complex information in a compelling, relatable way that resonates with clients. Uses stories to connect Eve’s solutions to client needs, illustrating value and fostering trust through memorable narratives that make technical concepts easy to understand
Solution Selling: Ability to understand Eve’s product offerings deeply and articulate their value in ways that solve clients’ unique challenges
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, showing resilience and flexibility as you tackle changing needs and priorities
Process-Driven: Adheres to sales processes and provides constructive feedback to optimize effectiveness. Skilled in using data and metrics to track progress and prioritize activities
