Responsibilities
New Business Pipeline Generation: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our customer base by proactively prospecting, engaging with leads, and converting them into long-term clients.
Consultative Selling: Understand client needs deeply, align Statsig's solutions to their business objectives + shape decision criteria, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform to decision-makers.
Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams, sales engineering, enterprise engineering, leadership and product to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
Technically Curious: Stay updated with our product offering, industry trends, competitive landscape, and market shifts to continuously adapt sales strategies and approaches for maximum impact.

Required
1-3 years of full cycle software sales experience
Demonstrated a successful track record in technical + platform solution selling
Consistently met and exceeded sales targets
Has a bias for action, wants to be at a startup & and close to building a business + first class Revenue Org
Proven success and interest in building self-generated, outbound pipeline
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and credibility with executives & technical stakeholders
Low ego & collaborative mindset with interest in working cross-functionally with internal Engineering, Product, Data & Leadership teams
Curious to understand & articulate customer needs across multiple business units, craft tailored discovery, and drive consultative sales
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS
Preference for dev + data tooling including: feature flagging, experimentation, product analytics and related technologies
